Chalet le Flocon is a charming, fully refurbished chalet located in Chamonix in the French Alps, which can accommodate up to eight people over the three floors. Enjoy the incredible panorama of Mont Blanc from the outside terrace or whilst relaxing in the covered hot tub in the contained garden.

IN DETAIL

The chalet sits in a fantastic position, just outside the bustle of the centre of Chamonix yet within easy walk to take advantage of the various bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of the town. Located in Les Pècles, the chalet benefits from being on the sunny side of the Chamonix Valley. A four minute walk is all it takes to find yourself along Rue Paccard, Chamonix's pedestrianised shopping and dining street.

The chalet has an open plan living area with seating around an open fireplace alongside a modern fitted kitchen, a dining area, and a separate toilet. A mezzanine with double sofabed is tucked away above. A door leads from the living area to the large terrace which enjoys mountain views. There is wifi and flatscreen TV with mixed language channels.

Three bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin single beds, whilst the third has flexible beds that can be made either as a double or two singles. A separate shower room completes the floor.

There is a sunny garden and terrace with a partially-covered hot tub, providing magnificent views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. The chalet also has private parking for two cars, secure bike storage and a washing machine. There is a wine merchant on the street and ski hire is delivered to the chalet.

"Very well appointed and equipped property, with a very easy walk to the centre of town and Planpraz cable car. Interior decor uses wood and stone, creating a cosy yet stylish feel. Dinners on the balcony looking up to Mont Blanc were a joy. Highly recommended!! We hope to return."
"Had a fantastic week long stay with two teenagers who loved sleeping on the mezzanine and chilling out in the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes. The other rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage for all those skiing extras. We found the chalet was well equipped and finished to a high standard. The views from the balcony were amazing. We spent many nights sitting there watching the sun set behind Mont Blanc. The location couldn't be more convenient as it is a few hundred metres from the buzzing centre of Chamonix and even closer to the ski bus stop. The closet supermarket and wine shop were 5 mins walk from the chalet. The parking space outside was really convenient as we chose to drive to the ski slopes, some of which have free parking. We look forward to a return trip next year."

“Our family stayed here as our base for our mountain adventure in Chamonix. It had been recently renovated and had comfortable beds, a well fitted out kitchen and the latest in bathroom design. There was a hot tub with a view in the back yard and probably the dinner table with the best view in town on the front balcony! It is close to town so we could easily walk to the stores, restaurants and local train station. I would highly recommend this chalet to anyone visiting Chamonix!"
“Stayed here last Easter, it had recently been renovated and is done to a high standard. The location is excellent for the centre of Chamonix short walk to all bars and restaurants. After a hard days skiing you can jump in the jacuzzi with a beer and admire the view of the mountains. The view of Mont Blanc from the balcony is stunning. Handy tip, there is off street parking, but if you have extra cars we parked on the road all week without a problem. Also there is a good ski hire shop outside the front door on the opposite side of the road which will do a good deal, we used them. Would I come back here simple answer is yes."
